The annual report on the State of Access to Information shows that transparency of the institutions in this country has improved.

The annual report assesses the websites of over 560 institutions. In the top three central government authorities in terms of degree of transparency are the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Science.

A proposal was made for a public discussion of a regulation for the drafting, by the e-Government Agency, of compulsory models for the webpages of the institutions aimed at facilitating access to information.
