Bulgaria’s Prosecutor General Sotir Tsatsarov ordered the Supreme Cassation Prosecution Office to check whether the activity of the Democrats for Responsibility, Freedom and Tolerance party (DOST) complies with the provisions of the Bulgarian Constitution and the Political Parties Act. The results will show whether the Bulgarian Constitutional Court will be approached with a request to declare this party anti-constitutional.
