Alexandra Feigin reached 17th position in the final standings, women, at the World Figure Skating Championships in Saitama, Japan, a historic achievement for Bulgaria’s female figure skaters.
This is a debut for 16-year old Feigin, who is taking part in a world championship for women for the first time. She replicated the top achievement, ever, of a female figure skater from Bulgaria – during the 1992/1993 season Viktoria Dimitrova also came 17th.
