Bulgargaz launches tender for supply of non-Russian gas

Bulgargaz has launched tender for supply of non-Russian natural gas for the first time, the company’s CEO Nikolay Pavlov announced. We have launched a tender on March 15 and set clear criteria and requirements. Bulgargaz invites all interested parties to tender, Nikolay Pavlov said. This is a new and important step which will be in favor of the Bulgarian consumers, Nikolay Pavlov said and specified that the alternative natural gas is expected to come from Romania or Greece. The quantity of gas (144 million cubic meters) entirely corresponds with the capacity of the gas storage facility in Chiren.
