Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva and Jacek Czaputowicz discuss Bulgarian-Polish relations

During her official visit to Warsaw, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva met with Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz. The two minister pointed out the excellent levels of bilateral trade that reached 1.7 million euros, as well as the fact that in the European Union Poland is the country with the biggest number of students studying Bulgarian, taught at seven Polish universities. Eastern Partnership, the defense of the rights of Poles and Bulgarians in the United Kingdom after Brexit, modernization of the armed forces were also topics of discussion. Poland has also voiced its support for Bulgaria's bid in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
