30 percent of Bulgarians declare they do not trust the EU, the remainder state no opinion either way. The highest degree of trust in the EU is registered in Lithuania (65 percent), Denmark (60), Sweden (59), the Netherlands (57), Malta (56) and Portugal (55 percent).
