Bulgarian boxer Stanimira Petrova has become the second representatives to be expelled from the ongoing Women's World Championships in New Delhi, India.
The International Boxing Association (AIBA) has stripped Petrova of her accreditation for the tournament for the same reason that made it expel her coach - "unacceptable and unsportsmanlike conduct". The coach and fighter protested strongly after Petrova lost against Indian fighter Sonia Chahal on a 3-2 split decision and accused the judges of tendentious decision.
World champion of Jeju 2014 and double European champion Petrova seemed to have made more accurate strikes in comparison to her rival in the match, but eventually the victory went to Chahal.
