Lilyana Pavlova: One Belt, One Road Initiative opens new opportunities for investments and trade cooperation

"One Belt, One Road” initiative opens new opportunities for investments and trade cooperation. Participation of Bulgaria and partner countries in the initiative is of mutual benefit.” This is what Minister responsible for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU Lilyana Pavlova said at the opening of the Chinese Investment Forum in Prague, where she is an honorary participant.

According to Pavlova, cooperation should be extended not only in the field of transport and infrastructure but also in the spheres of industry, agriculture, energy, education and culture, tourism, information technology. The Minister pointed out the good opportunities that Bulgaria offered for investments, such as low tax rates and other relieves, educated personnel, developed industrial zones, etc.
