Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has declined the meeting with Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov, scheduled for tomorrow morning, the government press service has confirmed.
During his visit to Sofia, Ivanov will not be meeting with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva either.
