There are no grounds to extradite Zhelyaz Andreev and four of his colleagues to the USA and we expressed clearly our stand to this country, Bulgaria’s Prosecutor General Sotir Tsatsarov said after the meeting with Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov, the Ambassador of the USA to Bulgaria Eric Rubin and Bulgaria’s Minister of Justice Tsetska Tsacheva.
