Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov has instructed the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to start consultations with the government of the USA about the expulsion warrant issued by the United States against the Bulgarian national Zhelyaz Andreev who was charged with exporting aircraft parts to Syria in violation of a U.S embargo.
The Ambassador of the United States to Bulgaria has been invited for talks at the country’s Foreign Ministry. The Bulgarian Ambassador to the USA has demanded an urgent meeting with the Director for South Central European Affairs at the U.S. Department of State Matthew Palmer.
