Bulgarian business projects that attract Qatar’s investment interest have been discussed at a meeting of Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov with a delegation from Qatar, led by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Al Thani and including representatives of the Qatar Investment Authority.

The meeting is a continuation of discussions between Bulgarian Prime Minister and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, held in early March in Sofia.

The potential for cooperation in completing infrastructure projects, the industrial zone in Stara Zagora, the Sofia and Stara Zagora airports, etc. were discussed, as well as investment opportunities that this country's spa centers and wealth of mineral and spring waters offers.
