Culture has a key role to play in boosting the economy and creating jobs, said Tibor Navracsics, European commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport at the opening of the informal meeting of ministers of culture from the EU in Sofia.
The motto of the meeting, chaired by Bulgarian Minister of Culture Boil Banov is “Culture - an inclusive value of the EU”.
