At the traditional annual reception for heads of diplomatic missions, accredited to Bulgaria, President Rumen Radev stated that Bulgaria’s foreign policy must be open, principled and predictable, a policy of making friends and winning over partners in the world.
President Radev highlighted the European perspective of the countries of the Western Balkans as a top priority for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.
