Relations between Bulgaria and China should develop simultaneously in all spheres

Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev met on Wednesday with the celebrated Chinese scientist and writer Professor Gordon Wang who serves as Executive Vice President of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations. President Radev and his guest agreed that the bilateral potential for cooperation should be developed simultaneously in all spheres. For the purpose cohesion and direct communication between the people in the two countries must improve, Bulgaria’s head of state categorically said. In President Radev’s view, tourist flow between Bulgaria and China will increase and more Chinese tourists will start visiting Bulgaria if this country launches a direct airline to Bulgaria. Bulgaria supports and assesses highly the 16+1 Initiative between China and the countries from Central and Eastern Europe, Bulgaria’s head of state Radev pointed out and voiced satisfaction that Bulgaria will host the initiative in 2018.
