Start of CCB bankruptcy trial put off

Photo: BGNES

The specialized court did not give a start to the big trial over draining of Corporate Commercial Bank and postponed the first meeting for January next year. The main reason for the postponement is that no response has yet been received to the court order towards Serbia for the extradition of the majority owner of the bank Tsvetan Vassilev. The next try to start the case will be on January 23rd.
