The number of Bulgarians who bought holiday properties in this country in 2017 is equal to the number of Russian nationals who signed real estate deals in Bulgaria. According to the latest analyses of a Bulgarian real estate company, 35% of the properties were bought by Bulgarian citizens and 36% of the holiday real estate was purchased by Russian citizens.
