Bulgaria’s head of state Rumen Radev unveiled together with President Petar Stoyanov (1997-2002), President Georgi Parvanov (2002-2012) and President Rossen Plevneliev (2012-2017) a plaque to the first democratically elected President of the Republic of Bulgaria Zhelyu Zhelev (1990-1997) in front of his native house in the village of Veselinovo.
