PM Boyko Borissov: While I am chairman of GERB there will be no coalition with BSP

“GERB has never considered a coalition with the Bulgarian Socialist Party, or with the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS),” said PM Boyko Borissov. In his words the congress of GERB party on 26 November will adopt a decision not to form such a coalition while Borissov is chairman of the party.

The Bulgarian PM took a stand against hate speech which, in his words, is making a combeack between DPS and the United Patriots. Borissov called on his coalition partners (the United Patriots) to “watch their mouth” and on the DPS to “show as much tolerance as possible”.

Boyko Borissov made these comments during the regional political academy of the GERB youth organization taking place in Haskovo.
