Bulgaria has very skilled and highly-qualified military staff which needs good military equipment. Currently, Bulgaria’s military staff is at a better level than your country’s military equipment, the Ambassador of the USA to Sofia Eric Rubin told Horizont channel of the Bulgarian National Radio on Saturday.
