Bulgaria’s Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova to participate at 22nd General Assembly of World Tourism Organization in Chengdu

Bulgaria’s Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova will participate at the 22nd General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization in Chengdu (China), the website of the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism announced. The forum will be held between September 12 and 17. The bi-annual event will discuss how to advance the contribution of tourism to the Sustainable Development Goals and define the actions of the Organization for the period 2018-2019. Minister Angelkova is to meet UNWTO Secretary General Taleb Rifai, the head of the Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation Oleg Safonov, Israel’s Tourism Minister Yariv Levin, the Chairman of the China National Tourism Administration Li Jinzao, etc.
