Bulgarian Minister of Environment and Waters Neno Dimov is arriving in Kavarna to attend a meeting on the Kaliakra case. The aim of the meeting, scheduled for this afternoon, is to present the details of the integrated management plan of the Kaliakra complex protected zone.
