Bulgaria’s Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moscovski and Macedonia’s Minister of Transport and Communications Goran Sugareski signed in Skopje a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing railway links between Sofia and Skopje. The document will be used in the future collaboration related to the construction of a railway link between the capitals of Bulgaria and Macedonia.
