It is very important to have the most accurate information about the CETA agreement and have an open debate on this issue, as ratification in the Bulgarian Parliament should be carried out in case of maximum consensus.

This was what President Rumen Radev said in Varna, as he attended the closing stage of the Breeze 2017 Naval Exercise. According to him, the agreement with Canada was an extremely complex agreement that would have an impact on all areas of public life and that is why it must be subject to broad public debate.

Speaking about "Breeze 2017" exercise, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces said that the exercise was a large and important one not only because of the big number of participants but also because of a wide range of solved tasks and the complexity of the scenarios.
