It is 5 years today since the suicide bomb attack at Sarafovo airport in Bourgas on 18 July, 2012, which killed 5 Israeli tourists and one Bulgarian citizen and wounded 38.

A ceremony to commemorate the victims with the participation of friends and relatives will be held on the spot where the bomb attack took place.

The court hearing of Meliad Farah, with dual Lebanese-Australian citizenship and Hassan El Hajj Hassan, with Canadian and Lebanese citizenship, both on the Interpol wanted list, charged with aiding and abetting the terrorist attack is scheduled for 18 July. The case has been unable to proceed at the specialized court for some time due to irregularly subpoenaed witnesses.
