Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has called on the parliamentary forces to reach agreement on the priorities of the forthcoming Bulgarian presidency of the Council of the EU. The call came at a time of debates on the so-called White Paper on the Future of Europe in which European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker outlines five options for the future of the EU. According to Borissov, the speed at which Bulgaria would progress depends on itself and if it wanted this to be fast, it needed to be accepted in the Eurozone waiting room, follow the path of reforms and continue the fight against corruption.
