GERB party demands the establishment of an ad-hoc committee at the National Assembly to check all facts related to the decision of the Parliament to provide financing for the rearmament of the Bulgarian armed forces and the decision of the caretaker cabinet to choose Gripen fighter aircraft, GERB Deputy Chairman Tsvetan Tsvetanov said. “The ad hoc committee must check whether President Radev had supported the purchase of the Swedish fighter aircraft and whether this happened in time when the caretaker cabinet had not yet made its final decision”, Tsvetan Tsvetanov said. We will use Parliamentary mechanisms to check how this final decision was reached, Tsvetan Tsvetanov further said.
