With regard to Lukoil’s intention, some necessary legislative amendments were discussed at the meeting. Bulgaria’s cabinet is to propose those amendments to the country’s National Assembly. The number of petrol stations in Bulgaria is twice higher than the number of petrol stations in Romania, which is a country with a population of nearly 30 million, Vagit Alekperov pointed out.
