Joseph Daul refutes statements of Bulgarian Socialist Party that EU is to suspend funds to Bulgaria

The President of the European People’s Party Joseph Daul believes that the information in the Bulgarian social media has been manipulated by Russia and Saudi Arabia. He refuted the statements of the Bulgarian Socialist Party that the EU is to suspend EU funds to Bulgaria. The European Union will continue to provide good operational programmes to Bulgaria, Joseph Daul underlined. His statement was announced by the press office of the European People’s Party after his meeting with GERB Deputy-Chairman Tsvetan Tsvetanov, the correspondent of the Bulgarian National Radio in Brussels Nikola Miladinov reports.
