“Bank crediting of the NGO sector in Bulgaria is growing for the first time since the Corporate Commercial Bank went bankrupt, indicate Bulgarian National Bank figures,” writes Capital Daily in a front page article. The reasons for this lie in the activation of lower interest rates, the successful completion of the stress tests of Bulgarian banks and the economic growth, the paper adds.

The Council of Ministers is allocating 500,000 euro for repairs of the vessel. Though it is 37 years old, the ship is seaworthy for another 10 at least, today’s newspapers notes.
