On November 20 we mark the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. Church services are to be held in all Bulgarian districts in memory of the victims. According to data of Bulgaria’s Traffic Police, nearly 600 Bulgarians lost their lives in road accidents between January and October 2016. Over 8,000 people were injured. The Directorate of Religious Affairs with the Bulgarian Council of Ministers and all religious communities join various initiatives on occasion of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
