Volunteers who participated in the Bulgarian precinct election commissions abroad have warned of risks to the election process in the second round of the Bulgarian presidential elections. They defined as a failure the organisation related to accepting protocols of the first round of presidential elections. In a letter they stated that the Central Election Commission owes an excuse because of its disrespect towards the work of hundreds of volunteers around the world who worked under exceptional physical and mental stress at the lections for 24 hours or more. These factors are responsible for errors or inaccuracies identified in submitted protocols of district electoral commissions abroad. The CEC has not yet received the letter, spokesman Alexander Andreev said.
