Top tour operators report 40 percent growth in summer 2017 bookings

Leading tour operators working with Bulgaria report a growth of 30 to 40 percent in summer 2017 bookings compared to the very successful summer 2016 season, Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova said at the opening of the Ninth Black Sea Tourism Forum held near Varna. She said that at the tourist fair in London she had met with CEOs of some of the world’s top tour operators in the world who had confirmed keen interest in Bulgaria. Angelkova also said that Varna and the region were a most preferred destination by German tourists.
