The Bulgarian refugee centers have filled their maximum capacity, the State Agency for Refugees announced. A total of 5,569 foreign nationals were accommodated at the migrant centers. The State Agency for Refugees took measures aimed at providing additional accommodation to the refugees. A refugee camp consisting of 400 caravans will be also used if necessary, the agency informs. The State Agency for Refugees is planning to build a second camp of that type. Over 10,000 migrants left voluntarily the Bulgarian refugee centers since the beginning of 2016. The foreign nationals have the right to move freely across the country while waiting for a refugee status.
