176 M euro allocated to top achievements in science

The Bulgarian Ministry and Education and Science plans to allocate 176 million euro to science in the coming four years. Financing comes from the Science and Education for Smart Growth Operational Programme and will be spent on creating research centers for top achievements and competence centers. Projects in these centers will be evaluated by foreign experts and the goal is objectivity in selection of the best quality proposals.
