Bulgaria hands Abdullah Buyuk, suspected of ties with Fethullah Gulen over to Turkey

Bulgaria has handed businessman Abdullah Buyuk who is wanted by Ankara, over to Turkey on the basis of the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act, as Buyuk has outstayed his authorised period of residence. 
According to the Turkish authorities Abdullah Byuyk has close ties with Fethullah Gulen, accused by Turkey of organizing the attempted military coup in the country on 15 July. At a rally in Antalya some 10 days ago, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu stated that he would send a delegation to Bulgaria to demand the extradition of an individual suspected of connections with Fethullah Gulen’s terrorist organization.
