President refers to Constitutional Court three of Slavi Trifonov referendum questions

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev has notified the Constitutional Court in connection with a Resolution of the National Assembly for holding a national referendum at the initiative of TV host Slavi Trifonov and regarding three of the referendum questions: whether voting at elections and referenda should be allowed to take place also electronically and from a distance; whether the number of members of parliament should be cut from 240 to 120, and whether the heads of the regional and district departments of the Ministry of Interior should be elected with a majority vote in two rounds and with an absolute majority.
