Bulgarians living in Istanbul and other Turkish cities are to mark the Bulgarian Education and Culture, and Slavonic Literature Day – May 24th, with the opening of a permanent exhibition in the restored building of the convent facing the unique Bulgarian St. Stephen Church on the Golden Horn in Istanbul. Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Minister of Culture Rashidov will be guests at the ceremony.
