Trucks queue up at Danube Bridge 2 border checkpoint near Vidin

A 5-kilometer-long line of trucks has formed on the road leading to Danube Bridge 2 near Vidin. Despite the fact that three teams of border officials have been working at full capacity, drivers have been waiting for hours, it was reported. The reason for the queues is increased traffic, Lubomir Nizamov, CEO of the company that manages the bridge said. The line of trucks waiting to enter Bulgaria from Romania is 1-kilometer long.
