50 Bulgarian companies are part of Panama Papers

A total of 50 Bulgarian companies and more than 100 individual owners are present in the Panama Papers, accessible via the Internet. Some 102 addresses of firms, most of them in the cities of Sofia, Varna and Plovdiv, are included in the documents. Among the names of owners of offshore companies are Bulgarian businessmen Vasil Bozhkov, Todor Batkov, Peter Mandzhukov, as well as Eugenia and Nikolai Banevs. The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists warns that is was possible for names to match.
