The Bulgarian Embassy in Athens and the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Thessaloniki continue monitoring the situation in neighboring Greece with regard to the ongoing general strike in that country. According to latest information, most Bulgarians who were blocked on Greek islands due to the nationwide strike will be transported to Bulgaria by Sunday evening. The Bulgarian Embassy in Athens informed that there are some local companies for marine transport whose employees do not take part at the general strike.
