This autumn Bulgaria’s Ministry of Culture is to start the repair works of the emblematic building, Minister of Culture Vezhdi Rashidov announced at a meeting in the Austrian capital Vienna with Professor Barbara Neubauer, President of the Federal Office for The Protection of Monuments. Haus Wittgenstein in Vienna is a Bulgarian property. It is home of the Bulgarian Cultural Institute. The beautiful building was declared a world cultural monument. However, it has not been renovated for many years. The building was designed back in 1926-1928 by architect Paul Engelmann and philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein.
