Stanimira Petrova qualifies for Olympics in Rio de Janeiro

Stanimira Petrova qualified for the forthcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro after winning the semifinal boxing match against Tetyana Kob from Ukraine at the Olympic qualifier in Samsun (Turkey). Petrova won a convincing victory by points against Kob at the 51 kilogram category contest. All three side referees gave the same result 40:36; 40:36: 40:36. In the final match Petrova is to face British boxer Nicola Adams.
