PM Borissov: EU funds are not for Turkey but for the refugee camps

I would like to clarify that the funds made available under the Mechanism of the European Commission to Turkey do not go in the Turkish state but in refugee camps for covering expenses for food, health services and education, said Prime Minister Boyko Borissov after the Council of Ministers adopted a proposal to the National Assembly for ratification of the General Agreement within the EU for aiding refugees in Turkey. The quota that Bulgaria will provide in several payments after ratification of the document amounts to € 5.9 million.
