Defense and Armed Forces are strategic priorities of the state, Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev said after a meeting of the Consultative Council on National Security that lasted for more than three hours. A document was approved by the Council and a broad political agreement was reached during the meeting with the exception of the Bulgarian Socialist Party and the Ataka Party, said the head of state.
