The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been preparing a decision to provide humanitarian assistance to ethnic Bulgarians in Ukraine, Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov has announced. The ministry is also looking for opportunities for joint Bulgarian-Ukrainian initiatives in the sphere of culture and education, as well as for projects in the framework of the communication strategy.
