From Bulgaria we expect Pazardzhik ensemble - an extremely professional formation. We are very happy that we will see it in Burgas. The first night of the festival begins with a parade through downtown. It will reach the town hall where the mayor and his deputy welcome groups with the old Bulgarian custom of offering bread and salt. Then the procession will continue to the Summer Theatre. "We have provided an additional 13 outdoor stages. They are located in the complexes and the central part of the city and in villages near it. Thus all groups will have the opportunity to participate in the five days of the festival. We hope it will become a feast for all guests and visitors. The final evening will again feature a parade and a closing concert, which brings together all ensembles. We have prepared a little surprise for them - we've called it "an evening of friendship." We will invite participants to have fun and get to know each other. We will not miss also the usual demonstration of folk crafts as a special venue in front of the Summer Theatre is earmarked for that. There will be a creative meeting of the heads of the various formations, who will exchange experience and information."
