Brazzobrazzie festival has already turned into a traditional festival of wind jazz music. From July 24 until July 26 the coastal city of Varna is to host its summer edition. Best Bulgarian brazz bands are to perform on Varna beach. The music event includes different music genres such as groovy, jazz and funk sound. The event is organized by the Brazz Association which gathers the best musicians who play on copper wind instruments. The festival is in support of the candidature of Varna to become European Capital of Culture in 2019.

The Brazzobrazzie program includes six concerts, two in each evening. More from the front man of BrazzViliDJ Vili Stoyanov who is among the organizers of the music event:

“We are to enjoy the performance of bands suitable for our forum-i.e those which play on brazz instruments. I am extremely happy with the good weather and the fact that we perform in Menthol Beach Bar at the central beach in Varna. This place has become a wonderful spot for live music. We open the event on July 24 with two young bands which have already positioned well on the Bulgarian music stage-Funky Miracle and Southwick. The summer edition of the Brazzobrazzie festival continues with Roots Rocket Band. To me, this is the best Bulgarian reggae band. My wind orchestra BrazzViliDJ will also appear on state on July 25. We end the festival on July 26 with hot Balkan rhythms due to the performance of Karandila Junior Roma Orchestra. They returned recently from a very successful tour in Slovenia, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. The band has prepared a very interesting program together with their instructor Angel Tichaliev. We close the festival with Akaga band which inspired the audience with its wonderful funk and fusion music.”

Along with the concerts which are part of the three-day program of the summer Brazzobrazzie festival, the musicians from BrazzViliDJ are to shoot a video to their latest song entitled I Love You. They invite their music fans and all tourists who love dancing to have fun together during the shooting of the video. The beach, the sea and the sun are to turn into natural sets to the video.

The boys from Funky Miracle are also shooting a summer video and working on their debut album. They have prepared more authors’ pieces for the Brzzobrazzie festival.

In the beginning of 2014, the musicians from Southwick band released a large and very successful project entitled J Dilla Tribute.

Last summer Brazzobrazzie festival had its own stage for brazz music within the Spirit of Burgas Festival. Bands with different sounding managed to conquer the hearts of the music fans for three days only. Now, at the fourth summer edition of the Brazzobrazzie festival in Varna does not envisage the performance of foreign musicians. The organizers of the event, however, can invite interesting musicians from Europe and the USA for the winter edition.
