Varna, Burgas ports to be used as storage facilities for South Stream construction

The South Stream Transport Consortium involved in the construction of the marine section of the South Stream gas pipeline has signed an agreement with the Bulgarian ports of Burgas and Varna under which they will be used as storage facilities and logistics services during the project implementation. In its marine part, the South Stream pipeline will consist of four parallel lines along the Black Sea, as each of them will require more than 75,000 pipes.
